Award-winning Salsa dancers, Andrea Schiffer from Germany and her partner Juan Curbelo from Cuba, lead Latin dance enthusiasts in Xujiahui, as part of Shanghai’s first Citizens Art Festival that kicked off late last month. Art and cultural events in 203 community centers and 70 public spaces, including shopping centers, marked the start of the festival, which runs through December.
